Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver to parcel lockers across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. For all other international destinations, shipping is handled via Lithuania Post.
Once your payment is received, we begin processing your order right away. Processing time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order - you’ll find this information listed on each product page.
All Chère items are handmade in Lithuania with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 10 business days for production and dispatch.
If you need your order sooner, feel free to contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
For items that are already made, we ship within 0–2 business days.
For in-stock availability, please refer to the product description or reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges
For customers in Lithuania

Important: Please make sure to include the Omniva return form with your parcel—without it, we won’t be able to identify your return.
For customers from all other countries
To return a shipment, you must register the return individually.
Include a handwritten note with the shipment, specifying your name, order number, and information about the items being returned (if more than one item was purchased and not all items are being returned).

The refund for an item must be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Perfumed body mists are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Custom-made items (indicated on the product page) are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We accept returns or exchanges if:
The size is incorrect
The product arrived with a defect
The item didn’t meet your expectations
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The product must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to qualify.
