It is recommended to wash the skirt at a temperature no higher than 30°C, using the cotton function;
do not tumble dry;
iron using the cotton function.

Size S: hips up to - 100 cm; waist - up to - 71 cm; length - 44.5 cm;
Size M: hips - 105 cm; waist - up to 75 cm; length - 44.5 cm;
Size L: hips - up to 115 cm; waist - up to 80 cm; length - 44.5 cm;
Production begins after the order is placed. Production deadline - 5 days. In case of large order quantities, the shipping period may vary slightly.

We currently deliver to parcel lockers across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. For all other international destinations, shipping is handled via Lithuania Post.
Once your payment is received, we begin processing your order right away. Processing time depends on whether the item is in stock or made to order - you’ll find this information listed on each product page.
All Chère items are handmade in Lithuania with care and attention to detail. Please allow up to 10 business days for production and dispatch.

To return a shipment, you must register the return individually.
Include a handwritten note with the shipment, specifying your name, order number, and information about the items being returned (if more than one item was purchased and not all items are being returned).

The refund for an item must be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Perfumed body mists are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Custom-made items (indicated on the product page) are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

The product arrived with a defect
The item didn’t meet your expectations
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

All our products are sewn according to market standards, and the clothing is true to size (if it is an oversized model, we include information about it with the product). Therefore, we always recommend choosing the size you usually wear.
